DMCA Guidelines and Procedures for Notifications and Removals

Although our website ("Site") is not based in the United States, we respect the intellectual property rights of copyright owners and have voluntarily chosen to adhere to the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), particularly the "Notice-and-Takedown" provisions.

Abuse Notification

Abuse of the DMCA notification system described above or misrepresentation of facts in a DMCA notification or counter-notification may lead to claims for damages, court costs, and attorney fees under federal law (see 17 USC § 512(f)). These notification and removal procedures apply solely to claims of copyright infringement from copyright owners and their representatives—not other types of abuse, violations, or legal claims. We will investigate any abuse and take appropriate action against those responsible.

Removal Procedure

The Site implements the following "Notification and Removal Procedure" upon receipt of a notification of an alleged copyright infringement. The Site reserves the right to block or remove access to materials or activities accessible on or from the Site at any time if they are found to violate copyright provisions or are suspected to do so.

The Site has a firm policy of terminating the accounts of repeat copyright infringers. The DMCA notification procedures of the Site are described in the preceding sections. DMCA Counter Notification Procedure

Should the recipient of a notice regarding an alleged infringement believe that it is erroneous or inaccurate, the recipient has the right to submit a counter-notification in accordance with Section 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA.

To submit a counter-notification, please provide our designated copyright agent with the following information:

• (a) an accurate description of the material that was removed;
• (b) an indication of where the material was located within the Site before it was removed;
• (c) a statement that the recipient believes the removal was made in error;
• (d) the recipient's mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
• (e) a statement that the recipient consents to the jurisdiction of the federal district court.
